tday woke up dam late.cux ytr nite i was tossing&turning all around.
i cant stop MYSELF from THINKING.
arghx!~
so i woke up ard.leme see.11am?
>.< & den i rushed to the washroom to wash myself up.
and so i looked at my reflection in the bathroom mirror and think,
Will i be missed if I die? Do I really have a purpose in this superficial world ?
den my mum called me up and kinda asked me hw come i spent half an hour in the toilet.
so i quickly came out lorh.
den i listened the music while composing some poems.
t's called : Self-Esteem.

Pls treat me well;I am as I'm treated.

When I am loved,I can love who I am.
When I am cared for,I can care for myself.
When I am treated as someone,I can feel lyk someone.

Speak to me,so i may learn to listen.
Expose the world to me,so I may see its beauty.
Look into my eyes,so I may feel i am seen.

If you're good to me,I must be a good person.

When you smile at me,I can smile inside.
When yoo let me make my own choises,I know that i can choose.
When yoo give to me,I can give a bit back.

Touch me gently,so I may touch others.
Rest my unrest,so that I may learn self-control.
Soothe me,so i may learn to soother.
Love me for who i am, nt for who i am nt.


I spent around one hour composing dis poem.
